Fail Better / 2015
Two men inhabit a space with objects, creating their own living room: a playground for them to be exposed and observe one another. In a series of performative actions, they make various attempts to meet their ambitions, fragility, fears and fantasies.
Their choreography, playfully absurd yet candid and frail, embraces moments of failure in a quest to free themselves from their demands of success, power, and virtuosity.
With a farewell song to childhood and a careful tread into maturity, Fail Better offers a unique point of view on the journey of self-acceptance.
